Terms of Service

The Service provides online PDF and image processing tools, including compression, format conversion, black-and-white conversion, watermarking, cropping, merging, and splitting.

All file processing takes place entirely within your browser; your files are never uploaded to our servers. This means that the quality and speed of processing depend on the performance of your device and the capabilities of your browser.

You do not need an account to use the file tools. Google sign-in is used only for administration and possible account features; you are responsible for activity under your account.

When you use Google sign-in, we collect only your email address and account identifier to identify you. See the Privacy page for details.

All live tools are free with unlimited runs. To protect browser memory and keep the Service stable, file-size and batch-size limits still apply.

To keep the Service stable, we may impose restrictions on unusually heavy or automated usage.

You must ensure that the files you process are lawfully owned by you or that you have obtained the necessary authorization, and that they do not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

Because your files never leave your device, we have no way of knowing and will not review the content you process; correspondingly, you bear full and sole responsibility for the content you process.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website interface, code, trademarks, and content of the Service are owned by us or used under license. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our consent.

The files you process through the Service remain entirely yours, and we claim no rights in them.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results of processing will meet your particular requirements.

Please be sure to keep backups of your original files. We are not liable for any file corruption, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability for personal injury.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any part or all of the features at any time. For material changes, we will provide advance notice by reasonable means.

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.

If you continue to use the Service after these terms have been revised, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising out of these terms, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
