Increase a PDF's file size to a target you specify, without changing a single thing about how it looks. It sounds backwards until you hit it: some upload systems — government portals, application forms, school and agency submission sites — reject files that are too small, on the assumption that a small file means a bad scan. - Do my files get uploaded?
- No. Padding is done locally in your browser and the file never leaves your device.
- Are there usage or file-size limits?
